TheHebrewAdventure.com - Refund Policy

We at TheHebrewAdventure.com are committed to providing you with high-quality Hebrew-learning materials. Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download or direct access, we generally offer a no-refund policy.

1. Digital Products (Courses, PDF, Digital Content): Due to the nature of digital content, which can be consumed or duplicated immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. According to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, the right of cancellation does not apply to "information" as defined in the law.

2. Exceptions: We will consider refund requests only in the following technical cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice.

  • Technical Failure: If there is a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing the content, which our support team could not resolve within 7 business days.

3. How to Request Assistance: If you experience any issues with your digital purchase, please contact us within 14 days at: thehebrewadventure@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

Terms & Conditions for Lessons and Packages

1. No-Show & Lateness Policy

  • The 15-Minute Rule: The teacher will wait in the online session for exactly 15 minutes. If the student does not join within this timeframe, the lesson is considered a 'No-Show' and the session will end.

  • Charging: No-show lessons are considered fully conducted. The session will be charged at the full rate, and no refunds, credits, or makeup sessions will be provided.

    2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Any changes to a scheduled lesson must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged in full.

    3. Refund Policy for Packages

  • Final Sale: All lesson packages (5, 10, or 20 sessions) are non-refundable once the purchase is complete.

  • Individual Lessons: No partial refunds will be given for unused lessons within a package.

    4. Expiration of Lessons

  • All packages have a strict validity period of 9 months from the date of purchase.

  • Any lessons not used within this period will expire and will not be refunded or extended under any circumstances.
