• Print Error: If your item arrives with a misprint, missing print, or incorrect design compared to what you ordered, we will gladly offer a full refund or a replacement item.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:

• Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to the custom-printed and/or print-on-demand process, we cannot offer refunds for items you simply don't want anymore.

• Incorrect Size or Fit: We highly recommend double-checking the size chart and product descriptions provided on each product page before placing your order. Items cannot be refunded due to incorrect size or fit selection.

How to Claim a Refund for a Print Error:

• Within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us at TheHebrewAdventure.com with a clear description of the print error and a picture of the item.

• Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible (refund or replacement).

Additional Information:

• Shipping costs for returned items due to print errors will be covered by TheHebrewAdventure.com.
